Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026 · Applies to peperomia.in, go.peperomia.in and the Peperomia guest app

This page explains what information we collect when you use our website and guest app (reservations, reviews, offers, events, Wi-Fi and coupons), why we collect it, and the choices you have. The service is operated by Hill Harvest Ventures (a registered partnership firm, GSTIN 05AASFH0364C1ZM), trading as Peperomia, An Urban Bistro, 3rd Floor, ATE Windsor, Mukhani, Haldwani, Uttarakhand 263139, India ("we", "us").

What we collect

• Reservation requests: when you send a table request or a private event enquiry from this website, we keep your name, WhatsApp number and the details you enter (date, time, number of guests, occasion and any notes) so our team can confirm it and message you about it. You can also choose to send the request on WhatsApp instead.
• Feedback you give: your rating or sentiment about your visit, any comments you send us, and (optionally) which team member looked after you.
• Contact details you choose to share: your name and WhatsApp number when you log in, sign up for offers and event invites, claim a coupon, book an event or RSVP. Always entered by you, never collected silently. Optionally, your birthday month if you share it.
• Coupon and booking records: codes issued to you, event bookings, and whether they were redeemed.
• Basic technical data: a login cookie when you log in to My Peperomia (kept for up to 90 days, or until you log out), your day or night display preference stored in your browser, and a one-way hashed form of your network address used only to prevent abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, precise location, or contacts, and we do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Event payments are handled by our payment provider, Razorpay, in its own secure payment window; your card or UPI details go to Razorpay, never to us.

How we use it

• To confirm reservations and event bookings.
• To record and act on your feedback, including recognising the team members you mention.
• To send you offers, deals and event invitations on WhatsApp, only if you opted in.
• To issue and verify your coupon codes at billing.
• To keep the service fair and prevent misuse.

Reviews shown on this website are public Google reviews. If you choose to post a review on Google, that happens on Google's own pages under Google's Privacy Policy. We never post anything to Google on your behalf. The map on this website is provided by Google Maps.

WhatsApp messages and opting out

Messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., acting as our processor for message delivery. We send only a few marketing messages a month. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by asking us in person or on WhatsApp, and we will stop marketing messages to your number.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the service providers that run this website and the guest app (website hosting and data storage, WhatsApp message delivery by Meta Platforms, Inc., and payment processing for event bookings), and only to provide the service described here, or where the law requires.

Retention and your rights

We keep your information while it is needed for the purposes above. You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 92592 70931 or email hillharvestventures@peperomia.in, and we will act within a reasonable time.
